Our story
In 2016, three friends — an architect, an engineer and a builder — pooled their savings and their frustration. They had watched too many beautiful designs ruined by careless construction, and too many sturdy buildings that no one wanted to live in.
Dream Keys was their answer: one company that would hold design and delivery to the same uncompromising line. Our first project, a twelve-home community called Palm Court, sold out before the show home was finished.
Ten years on, we've delivered 24 developments and welcomed more than 3,400 families home — and we still review every facade in the same studio where it all started.

The journey
Dream Keys is founded in Hyderabad. Palm Court, our first community of 12 homes, breaks ground in Tellapur.
We complete Aqua Vista, our first high-rise in Gachibowli, and cross 500 families homed.
The Arbour wins the Telangana Award for Residential Architecture.
We commit to low-carbon concrete and solar-ready roofs across all new projects.
Skyline Residences launches in the Financial District — our most ambitious residential tower to date.
