The Exchange takes a much-loved old block in Banjara Hills and gives it a second life — boutique retail on the ground floor, light-filled studios above, and a courtyard cafe at its heart.
It is our smallest commercial project and one of our favourites: proof that the Dream Keys standard works just as well for restoration as it does for towers.
